Bordered by the Ocean, the Broadwater and the Nerang River this boutique suburb is a favourite with locals and tourists.  The suburb is quite small with most of the residents meeting up on Tedder Avenue to grab a drink or share a meal at one of the Gold Coast’s best bars or restaurants. You can also find some great clothing, art galleries and home wares shop along this street but for those shopaholics we recommend Marina Mirage just a couple minutes away. You’ll find some great swimming and surfing beaches here too. For a great day out you can head to Sea World to enjoy the animals and rides.

Locals want to live here and tourists want to holiday here so you can imagine due to its desirability prices are high. Towards the beach you will find both residential and holiday high rises, townhouses, old three storey walk ups and a few houses. On the Broadwater side there are old 1950s beach shacks, luxury homes and villas. This side of the suburb is strictly no high rises and has a view looking out over the boats moored on the Broadwater.
